1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Details
We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. From the date of your first payment, you are fully covered under our 14-day warranty period. If you decide that Signalog is not the right fit for your team workflows, write to us at hello@signalog.co.
What Qualifies:
- Any new subscription to a paid plan
- First-time upgrading from the free tier
- Annual plan purchases within 14 days of creation
What Does Not Qualify:
- Requests made after 14 days from the settlement timestamp
- Accounts terminated due to a breach of basic Terms of Service
- Add-on purchases (extra team slots, custom app integrations, etc.)
2. Subscription Cancellations (After 14 Days)
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Customer Dashboard. After the 14-day grace window, cancellations will take effect at the conclusion of your current active billing cycle.
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year period. Your subscription benefits and data metrics remain fully active until the date your billing term legally expires, at which point your Workspace reverts to the Free tier.
3. Add-On Subscriptions
Optional Add-on services (such as extra team seats, watermark removal, extra apps, or Model Context Protocol server modules) follow the same schedule:
- Eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of registration
- No partial refunds after 14 days; service active until the termination date
- Watermark removal cancellation triggers a prompt watermark re-application after a short grace period
4. Annual Plans Commitment
Purchasing an annual plan grants you a substantial discount (20% off standard rates) in exchange for a one-year commitment. For annual plans, the full yearly fee is charged upfront. Standard 14-day warranty rules apply, after which refunds are not authorized under any circumstances. You can stop auto-renewals using your dashboard.
5. Dynamic Watermark Policy Grace Period
If a watermark removal subscription or plan lapses because of an active cancellation request or a failing transaction:
- A strict 8-day grace period is provided
- During this grace period, the watermark remains disabled and your operations are unaffected
- After 8 days of persistent invoice failure, the badge widget is updated back to standard watermark modes
- Resubscribing removes the watermark instantly upon payment processing confirmation
6. Double Charges & Settlements
If you suspect that you have been charged in error, billed twice for a single subscription, or have experienced processing glitches, email us immediately at hello@signalog.co. We will analyze transaction logs and complete a prompt settlement for any confirmed errors within 5 business days.
7. Processing Times & Ingress Providers
Approved refunds are initiated on our systems within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your chosen payment gateway, the settlement may take slightly longer to reflect on your statement:
