Not currently. Signalog is a managed SaaS. We handle all infrastructure, scaling, and maintenance. For data residency requirements, contact us — we can discuss options.

Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes. Enterprise customers receive a standard DPA covering GDPR Article 28 requirements. Custom DPA terms available on request for large contracts.

How does SSO work?

Signalog supports SAML 2.0. Works with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, and any SAML-compliant IdP. Setup takes approximately 30 minutes with guidance from your account manager.

What is your SLA?

Enterprise customers receive 99.9% uptime SLA (max 8.7 hours downtime per year). Measured on the Signalog dashboard, widget CDN, and API endpoints.

Can we keep existing data if we upgrade?

Yes. All your existing feedback, bug reports, changelogs, and configurations carry over when upgrading from any plan. No migration needed.

What happens at the end of the contract?

Your data is available for export for 30 days after contract end. We provide a full data export in JSON format on request before your contract ends.
